A Classroom in Balance invites you to push the pause button on your life and your brain and create a meaningful shift. These activities will help you engage with the world in a more intentional way in order to enjoy life more fully. This instructional book contains one hundred different Mindfulness activities. These activities can be done in ten minutes or less! We invite you to offer these practices as brain breaks for your students, as a way to begin your class with a mindful minute, or maybe even to read them over the intercom for the entire student body to practice each day. Use them as you see fit! Begin to mindfully create, and sustain, balance in your students mental, emotional, and physical growth.
